“There’s no words for Mrs T other than phenomenal. From the minute we met her we were blown away from her dedication to making our day the best day of our lives. Hannah worked tirelessly for more than 20 hours on our wedding day, from pulling road kill out of the road as it didn’t fit our ‘vibe’, pulling confetti out of my boobs to putting us to bed on our wedding night. We needed her support in ways we could have never imagined and we will be forever grateful. Hannah is just a bundle of energy and having her at our wedding felt like having a best friend there who was totally committed to making sure we had the time of our lives. Just about every guest has commented on how brilliant you were and could not believed that somebody like you existed.
We would pay ten fold for your services and count our lucky stars that we found you.
At no point did either of us feel an ounce of stress when hosting an extravagant wedding and that’s all because of you.
It was a privilege to have your support on our wedding day, you fulfilled so many rolls we cannot begin to explain. All that’s left to say, is that if you haven’t got Mrs T there on your wedding day, are you even getting married?”

I cannot thank Hannah enough for her role in making my wedding so amazing.
I started out as a Wine and Whine follower and saw the weddings Hannah was coordinating. I knew that booking her was the best investment I could make for my wedding and I wasn’t wrong.
Hannah covered everything, from the most detailed spreadsheets (and did the additional ones my venue wanted) to a visit to our venue where my now husband got to learn all about his wedding day, to being there every second of the wedding weekend.
Easily the best wedding money I spent,
Hannah is a total pro and if there’s anything she doesn’t know about weddings it’s probably not worth knowing.
The day before the wedding when we were packing up to travel to the venue it became obvious we couldn’t fit everything in the car, so Hannah picked me and one of the bridesmaids up from my house. Quite literally I wouldn’t have made it there without her!
From the evening before to the morning of, Hannah was there dealing with every issue so I could relax and enjoy the experience. She even woke me up on time for hair and makeup the morning of! The morning after the wedding Hannah was handing out all of my guests lost property and packing up our car to get us home. There is literally nothing this lady cannot do and she has an incredible talent for anticipating your needs before you know what they are. I don’t think she sleeps at all!
Hannah also brought my pic n mix grazing table vision to life the day of the wedding and did a spectacular job. It was one of my favourite features of the wedding and I still don’t know how she achieved what she did with the tools I gave her!
For anyone who thinks they’re too organised to need a coordinator, I would say Hannah is so so much more than that. My venue provided a coordinator, the help I got from Hannah was above and beyond anything I could have dreamed of. One of my bridesmaids who is getting married next year was so impressed, she booked Hannah there and then to help with her own wedding – that speaks for itself!
Thank you so much for everything you did to give me a perfect day Hannah. I’m sorry I almost got you sued for a photo!!

In fact she doesn’t even treat it as a job as she devotes her whole time and life into Wedding Planning.
Her ability to get into a Couples mind to see their perfect day even more perfect than they could imagine is just amazing. I felt so at ease with Hannah planning our special day and if I could do it all over again the first thing I would do would be to book her as our Wedding Planner again.

Well what can I say! Hannah was our hero on the run up and on our wedding day.
I genuinely believe we couldn’t have done it without her.
After planning our day in a venue that doesn’t normally host weddings I started to wonder if all the details that I wanted would fall onto my shoulders on the day, that’s when I knew I needed the Wedding Taylor to coordinate our day. From our enquiry right through until the end of our wedding day Hannah lifted the stress away from my husband to be and I. The consultations we had on the run up to the day were amazing, talking over every tiny detail and knowing that someone could understand my vision was brilliant. I was never afraid to mention something as Hannah always had a solution to my worries. On the day, firstly Hannah put in a 17hour shift!! What a hero. She worked tirelessly and with a huge smile to make all our dreams come true. She did everything from setting up tables to steaming bridesmaid dresses, she welcomed and organised suppliers and then packed everything up and delivered it back to our house! If you are hesitant about booking the Wedding Taylor, my advise would be to go for it, we would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding! She 100% made our special day even more special and relaxed and we honestly had the best day of our lives. We can’t Thank you enough Hannah!! Xxxx

Hannah was a fantastic coordinator so organsied start to end. Thought of every little detail that had not even crossed our minds. She had 2 weeks to step in and be our coordinator after being let down. Our day would not have ran without her from initial consultation, the document as well as excellent communication to packing up after our day and delivering our decor back to the house she was an absolute star.
Even our guests commented on how fabulous she was!

From the second I got engaged Hannah was the first person I told and she has been there with me every step of the way.

“So our dream wedding was all planned and booked, but then we received devastating news and we had to start from scratch. We were so upset, and stressed and then we met Hannah…….
To say she pretty much saved our wedding is an understatement.
The day of our appointment she calmed and reassured us and explained how she could still make our big day perfect. Leading up to our big day she kept in touch making sure everything was organised and kept checking everything was just how we wanted it. She also gave us lovely gentle reminders when I’d forgotten things (which I did a lot) and she sorted out issues that I hadn’t even considered. All of her experience and expertise was invaluable and we had the most magical wedding day ever! Everyone thinks they can organise their own wedding but I slowly came to realise it wasn’t as easy as I thought. We wanted to relax and enjoy the build up to our day stress and worry free with someone handling everything and those last minute emergencies. This is exactly what Hannah did for us. I was getting married in March 2019 and quite honestly, didn’t have a clue where to start with planning a wedding! That’s where Hannah stepped in – she was absolutely amazing! She was always on hand to answer any questions (regardless of how silly they seemed) and made the whole planning process totally stress free and enjoyable. Hannah offered fantastic advice and gave us some great ideas for our wedding – something only someone with her experience would think of !

Our wedding day couldn’t have been more perfect. Everything happened as planned and all my best friends commented on how relaxed the wedding morning felt. That was very much due to Hannah’s experience and incredible guidance throughout the planning.
She gave us so much advice and went through the smallest detail, based on her experience, many of which we weren’t even aware we needed to plan for!

The summer of 2018, I was a slightly stressed bride-to-be on the countdown to her Autumn wedding. Before I even had a ring on my finger I had always envisioned a marquee wedding- so unfortunately for my Fiancé he knew what he had let himself in for before he proposed.
I spent 15 months planning our wedding and completely submerged myself in all things wedding related. When I wasn’t working full time, I was contacting wedding suppliers on my lunch break, making 100x candle favours on my days off and collecting wood from the beach to make a centre piece- the random list goes on! I very rarely asked for help from anyone as I’m a bit of a perfectionist so preferred to be in control every step of the way.
However, fast forward to September (4 weeks before the wedding) and I was beginning to feel a little stressed. I had focused so much on all the fancy details of a marquee wedding, I completely forgot about the ‘behind the scenes’ work on the day. Who was going to meet the suppliers? Who was going to light the candles? – these may seem minor but I was not willing to trust our best man after a few drinks.
That’s when I thought of Hannah. I knew Hannah had a very strong background in the wedding industry and was very well thought of so got in touch with her. She kindly agreed to meet me for a coffee and straight away made me feel so at ease. Whilst I discussed the theme of my wedding, she made note of everything and
amazingly was able to answer every question I had before I even had time to ask.
She was the perfect example of a wedding day silent partner, everything you needed, wanted and even the things I forgot about she was there throughout quietly ticking those things over. She effortlessly orchestrated the biggest and most important day of my life, had all the answers when I needed them and even found the time to join us for a dance at the end.

Hannah Taylor planned our wedding back in summer 2017 and I have to say my husband and I were amazed at how professional and understanding she was.
Hannah was able to tap into our vision and not only understand what we wanted from our wedding, but also offer us helpful guidance and advice along the way.
Her strong knowledge of the industry meant we were able to have some of the best people in the business to help us create the day of our dreams.
Aside from her professionalism, we also felt that she had very personable and lovely personality which made our conversations something we really looked forward to! Hannah communicated all the way through the planning of our wedding going over beyond in so many ways. She even came to our wedding ceremony on her day off to see everything through for us.
The fact that we didn’t need to think about anything on the day other than turning up meant that we knew she had done her job amazingly well and everything was in hand. Our guests still talk about our wedding today and how smoothly it ran. We couldn’t recommend Hannah enough as a wedding coordinator.

We were originally getting married in May 2020 and quite honestly, didn’t know where to start! I was becoming overwhelmed and with having a demanding full time job at the time that also took over evenings and weekends I wasnt finding time to reply to emails, take calls and respond in a timely fashion or even keep up with the organisation needed for what I wanted our wedding to look like. That’s where Hannah stepped in – she was fantastic from day one.
She was so approachable and talked us through every step and query we had from the venue to the bus hire, to organising the daytime entertainment! Everything and anything, nothing was a challenge to Hannah, in fact you could see the passion she had and the effort she put into helping us was phenomenal.
We would not hesitate to recommend Hannah to anyone planning a wedding!
She not only helps you in the lead up to it but also offers to be there during the day to keep everything running smoothly. Hannah makes you feel comfortable and appreciates that you will ask a lot of questions, which we did, and spend a lot of time discussing minuscule details. Hannah was such a fabulous wedding planner for our wedding in August 2017. She was happy to answer any of my millions of questions and nothing was ever a problem for her and she always was on hand to reassure me when i got a little stressed in the final run up! My fiancé was on deployment throughout the whole planning process, but Hannah made sure she really tried to get to know him through asking questions to ensure the day would be so special for both of us. Hannah’s wealth of experience meant she could suggest solutions to any issues that arose during the wedding planning and offered the most fantastic ideas – like gin cocktails served in tea cups – such a lovely touch to our day! Hannah worked tirelessly on the day to ensure the whole day went so smoothly and coordinated the whole team and liaised with our wedding suppliers to make sure that we had the best day ever.
