The Wedding Taylor is a wedding planning and coordination studio in Amble, Northumberland. Led by Hannah Taylor, a senior venue coordinator with ten years and five hundred weddings behind her, the studio takes on a small number of weddings each year across the North East of England.

Every engagement begins with a conversation. The studio takes a limited number of weddings each season so that each one has Hannah's full attention on the day.

A planning session for couples who have booked the venue and want an experienced eye over what's left. Timeline, supplier list, floor plan and notes.
By the hour - ii
On-the-day coordination
The planning is yours; the day is the studio's. Two meetings, unlimited contact from six weeks out, and Hannah first in and last out on the day.

Enquire
Tell us the date, the venue if you have one, and roughly how many guests. We reply personally within two working days.
Day one02
A conversation
A short call, no charge. We'll tell you honestly which level of help fits, or whether you need any at all.
Week one03
A proposal
A written scope and fee. Nothing hidden, nothing added later. Your date is held while you decide.
Within ten days04
The day
Hannah is first in and last out. Suppliers answer to the studio, timings run to the minute, and the day is yours.

Hannah has spent a decade as a senior wedding and events coordinator at a Northumberland country house hotel, running more than five hundred weddings from the inside. The Wedding Taylor was founded so that couples could have that experience working for them rather than for the venue.
In 2022 The Wedding Industry Awards named her Best Newcomer for the North East and a national finalist. In 2023 she was invited to judge.
